The safety and welfare of our employees are a top priority, and we are committed to achieving the highest safety and health standards in our industry. We maintain this commitment through continuous training, regular safety audits and strict adherence to the Sauer Safety program.

Sauer employees and subcontractors are trained to implement the guidelines of our corporate safety program, assuring compliance with Federal, State, local and project-specific regulations.  Our continuous safety practices also include a comprehensive substance abuse prevention program and an employee hotline, which can be used to report safety concerns, make recommendations for improvement, and inquire about safe work procedures.
