Project Scope: The scope of work included the installation of a temporary condenser water system consisting of three (3) cooling towers, pumps, structural foundations, chemical water treatment, electrical power and controls; the demolition of an existing cooling tower with concrete sump and masonry screen wall; and the construction of a new 4,500 SF masonry chiller building. The new chiller building will contain three (3) 850 ton chillers, cooling towers, pumps, ozone water treatment system, complete new electrical power system including double ended service and a PC-based central chiller plant control system.
