Project Scope: This project consisted of the renovation of the 330,000 SF Federal Office Building, including demolition, interior finishes, mechanical systems, electrical, fire alarm upgrade, asbestos abatement, fire sprinkler revisions, restroom upgrades, door/frame/hardware upgrades and new courtyard paver system. The building remained occupied during the renovation, so all work was completed on nights or weekends to minimize disruptions during regular business hours.
