Project Scope: Scope of work included installation of 70,000 LF of medium temperature hot water distribution piping connecting Central Energy Plant (CEP) #2, a 17,000 SF facility, with all buildings in the 4000 area (30 each), CEP #1, a 9,000 SF facility, to all buildings in the 3000 area (28 each) and CEP #1 to all buildings in the 2000 area (28 each). Project also included replacement of two 1,500-ton chillers with associated cooling towers, and three boilers and seventeen hot water heat exchangers. Project included large complex multiple electrical networks to interface the Central Plant with the remote buildings. (9269)
