Project Scope: This project features the repair of 162,000 SF of barracks space and 16,000 SF of company operations space. The project includes construction of a swing space consisting of temporary housing, administration, battalion headquarters and dining facility for the Starship Battalion. This project will provide for the Design/Build repair of Starship 11000 Barracks and Company Operations. The building systems identified for complete repair include walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, HVAC, plumbing, domestic water, sanitary sewer, electrical and lighting distribution systems, fire alarm, and Energy Management and Control Systems.
