Project Scope: This project features the design and construction of two new three-story 72-man barracks buildings (60,000 SF) and one new three-story 48-man barracks building (20,000 SF), abatement and demolition of six existing buildings and the re-alignment of infrastructure to comply with anti-terrorism force protection requirements. The work will also include relocating a modular building complex, providing fire protection systems, an energy monitoring and control system, an intrusion detection system, and a building information system. Supporting facility work will include utilities, security lighting, water/sewer, paving, information systems, lightning protection, anti-terrorism measures, and interior design services.
