Project Scope: Bldg M7-355, Ops and Bldg Check-out retrofit, fluids piping. This project consisted of 7500’ of ¾” & 1 ½” heavy wall SST tubing for 6000psi GN2 and HE service and associated vents. All welds were performed with our certified automatic tube welding machine with 100% visual and 10% random x-ray inspections in accordance with ASME B31.3. Systems were chemically cleaned in accordance with NASA cleaning specification KSC-C-123 Level 300A. (1436)
