Project Scope: This project is for the design and construction of two 40,000 SF additions to the existing Special Operations Facility, construction of a new “B” wing, and a new Central Utility Plant. The work will also include pavement, sidewalks, utilities, storm drainage, security fence, retaining walls and landscaping.
