Project Scope: This project included the design and construction of a single story 34,878 SF dining facility and Area Centralization Facility. The facility features a structural steel frame, split face CMU and stucco walls on a seismic slab foundation with piles, modified bitumen and standing seam metal roof system, fixed aluminum windows and frames, a “market” style flex-seating serving/dining area, terrazzo floors, cold storage spaces, fire detection and protection system, building HVAC, utilities, access roads, parking, and demolition of existing dining facility.
