Project Scope: This project featured the design and construction of a single-story 27,000 SF Reserve Training Center for the Marine Corps at Charleston Naval Weapons Station. The building contains administrative office space for Active Duty and Reserve personnel, training space, an armory, drill hall and warehouse storage space. This project was self-certified LEED project, achieving 28 LEED points.
