Project Scope: This project involved the design and phased construction of interior renovations and electrical upgrades to 8 multi-story, fully occupied barracks facilities. The work included demolition and remodel of 160 latrines, renovation of 160 bachelor enlisted quarters rooms, upgrade of electrical service, including new switchgear, panels and outlets and select window replacement throughout the 8 buildings. During this project, the Army Corps of Engineers awarded Sauer with the “Serious About Safety” Award for the 2nd and 4th Quarters 2008 for a distinguished safety program.
