Project Scope: This HVAC renovation project included a new 370 ton chiller plant, piping and 100% Outside Air located above ceiling, ducted to individual classrooms. Additional items in the scope included: New chiller and chiller yard, chilled water piping, replacement of outside air units, removal of air conditioning units and installation of VAV system in a portion of the building. The facility is approximately 106,000 net square feet. (1277)
