Project Scope: This project is for the design and repairs to a 422,055 SF, hexagon-shaped squadron maintenance and operations hangar. The work includes repairing or replacing major building systems, installing additional utility capacity, abating hazardous materials, installing fire protection systems, repairing hangar doors, painting exterior, constructing new interior spaces, remodeling restroom facilities, upgrading interior doors and hardware, replacing clerestory windows, repairing or replacing casework, and renewing architectural finishes in the hangars, shops and offices.
