Project Scope: This project featured the construction of a new 14-acre Cooperative Extension Educational Facility that included a 25,000 SF building for administration, classrooms, exhibit area and an auditorium. The work included concrete, masonry walls, tilt-up concrete panels, stucco system, structural steel, fire protection, electrical systems, and extensive site work package that included a storm water system and retention pond.
