“The entire Sauer field staff performed in a very positive, professional manner. Interfaces with residents, other contractors, and Gov’t representatives were always cordial and professional. This leadership by the prime contract staff carried over to the subcontractors and a very intrusive projects was completed with very little complaint from the housing office or residents. The field staff and their subs were instrumental in solving unforeseen problems that were encountered during the renovation process. Solutions to problems were worked out jointly as a team resulting in a better end product.” -Army Corps of Engineers
