Timothy M. Steitz

Mr. Steitz provides management oversight to the Sauer Corporate Services Group which supports the operations of Sauer and its related entities, and is responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives.  He is also the Corporate Ethics Compliance Officer for all entities.  At Sauer, Mr. Steitz has held prior positions in Safety, Payroll/HR, Accounting, Treasury, Management and Finance.

Mr. Steitz earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Duquesne University and an advanced degree from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh in the International Executive Masters in Business Administration Program.  He is also a graduate of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh.  Mr. Steitz joined Sauer in 1991, after serving with the United States Marine Corps Military Police as a Reservist, and on active duty for operations Desert Storm/Desert Shield in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Iraq.

Mr. Steitz is an active member of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, the Construction Financial Managers Association of America, The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, and the Family Enterprise Center at the University of Pittsburgh.
