Internships
For starters, you’ll be putting your skills and talents to work at one of the country’s leading specialty contractors. Our business activities cover a challenging and exciting variety of industrial, commercial and institutional projects ranging from basic up to complex, with project sizes to $50 million and more. Based upon your academic background, level of experience and interest, you’ll be exposed to many different aspects of construction including estimating, design, scheduling, CAD and contract management.
Sauer is structured so that you can gain hands-on experience immediately, working with experienced personnel under a project management team approach. Your on-the-job work will include multidiscipline training through our employee-mentoring program.
You will have the opportunity to progress at your own pace from project engineer to management. All the while, you’ll be gaining first-hand, practical experience and knowledge of both the design and construction sides of the business. You’ll actively participate with a proven Sauer team, working closely with our clients in partnerships that are long-term and rewarding.
